Who these terms are for
These terms apply to the Bespoke Readiness Review supplied by BESPOKE UK CAPITAL LTD to clients purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes. The person making payment confirms that they have authority to purchase the service for the named business.
The service
The Readiness Review is a paid commercial assessment and planning service. It is separate from the free business assessment and Initial Funding Screen. Its precise focus will depend on the information supplied and the introductory discussion. It does not guarantee finance, clients, investment, introductions or any particular commercial outcome. It is not legal, tax or regulated financial advice.
Price and payment
The price is £750, payable in full before work begins. BESPOKE UK CAPITAL LTD is not currently VAT-registered and no VAT is added to this price. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation and refunds
A full refund is available only where the client cancels before Bespoke has started reviewing or preparing the client's materials. Once preparation has commenced, or the scheduled review meeting is less than two business days away, the fee is non-refundable. No proportionate or partial refund is offered.
Rearranging a meeting
The client may rearrange one meeting without charge by providing at least two business days' notice. Missed meetings and cancellations or rearrangement requests received with less than two business days' notice are non-refundable. Any further rearrangement is at Bespoke's discretion.
If Bespoke cancels
If Bespoke cancels and cannot provide a suitable alternative date, the client may choose a full refund.
Client information
The usefulness of the Readiness Review depends on accurate and complete information. Bespoke may pause or reschedule the work if requested information is not provided. The client remains responsible for decisions made using the review and should obtain specialist advice where required.
Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights where doing so would be unlawful.
