Information we collect
When you complete the free business assessment, Business Funding Quick Screen or contact us, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, website and correspondence. A funding screen may also include company ownership, trading history, the funding requirement, preferred capital routes, turnover and profit, equity and security preferences, accounts, borrowing, HMRC position, invoicing, assets, personal-credit indicators, insolvency history and current creditor or legal issues. Please provide only the information requested and do not submit bank credentials, passwords or identity documents through these forms.
How we use it
- To provide and interpret your readiness result or initial funding screen.
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant Bespoke services.
- To assess suitable commercial, strategic or capital routes.
- Where you authorise it, to seek an initial view from selected funding intermediaries or providers.
- To administer our relationship, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
We normally rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and developing the business, and compliance with legal obligations. We use consent where the law requires it, including the form authority for the third-party initial screen.
Indicative screening
The website may calculate an indicative internal signal from your answers. It supports an initial human review and is not a credit decision, credit rating, valuation, regulated recommendation or a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Bespoke reviews the actual context before deciding whether there may be a sensible next step.
Who receives your information
We may use trusted hosting, technology and professional-service suppliers to operate the business. We do not sell your personal information. Where you give the authority shown on the funding screen, we may share relevant information from that form with selected funding intermediaries or providers solely to explore a potential route. That authority does not cover bank statements, tax records, identity documents, credit reports, privileged material, passwords or bank-access credentials; we will seek separate approval before sharing those. We may also disclose information where required by law.
International processing
Some technology suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, we use recognised safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is normally retained for up to 24 months. If you become a client, relevant records may be retained for up to six years after the relationship ends, or longer where required by law or an active dispute.
Your rights
